I think there's a good chance Prop 69 will be ruled at least partially unconstitutional as unreasonable search and seizure because it takes DNA from innocent people.

Husband and co-workers have been trying to cheer me up, but so far it isn't working. High intelligence is correlated with higher rates of depression. Lucky me.

Every year I'm reminded how different I really am from everyone else. It's very lonely.
